These Terms of Service apply to all users of all Apps owned by Mobile Sutra. By using the App, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Mobile Sutra shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Mobile Sutra hereby grants you permission to use the App, provided that: (i) your use of the App as permitted is solely for your personal use, and you are not permitted to resell or charge others for use of or access to the App, or in any other manner inconsistent with these Terms of Service; (ii) you will not duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the App in any medium without Mobile Sutra's prior written authorization; (iii) you will not attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the App; and (iv) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

In order to access and use the features of the App, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide details of your customers like mobile phone number. You expressly acknowledge and agree that in order to provide the technical support, Mobile Sutra may access the data you have provided.

Intellectual Property Rights

The design of all the Apps owned by Mobile Sutra and the created text, scripts, graphics, interactive features and logos contained therein are owned by Mobile Sutra, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. The App is provided to you AS IS for your information and personal use only. Mobile Sutra reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the App. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any part of the App other than expressly permitted herein.

The App and its features is controlled and offered by Mobile Sutra from its facilities in the INDIA. Mobile Sutra makes no representations that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the App from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.

What information do we collect? Depending on business requirements , we collect personally identifiable information in some of our mobile Apps. This information is voluntarily provide to us by App users , such as name, address, phone number , location and email address. With your permission, we may also access other personal information on your device, such as your phone book and location in order to provide services to you. We do not own personal data collected in the Apps that we develop for our client. The data collected by such Apps are used by our client as per their respective privacy policy.

How long do we retain your data? We remove personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, email or phone number) and other preferences associated with your account promptly if you request by email. The data collected by our client’s Apps are retained by our client as per their respective privacy policy.

Do we share your information? We do not share your personal information with any companies for marketing purposes. This applies to the custom Apps developed for our clients and our own apps. We use the data only for technical purpose and for providing better services.

How do we protect your data? We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to safeguard and protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Information we collect may be stored or processed on computers located in any country where we do business. This privacy policy was last updated on November 15, 2014. Our privacy policy may change from time to time. If we make any material changes to our policies, we will place a prominent notice on our website or application. If the change materially affects registered users, we will send a notice to you by email, push notification or text.

Refund/Cancalation Policy

You can use the App for 15 days trail period. If you are not happy with the App then you can stop App usage and need not pay for App subscription. In case you pay, Mobile Sutra does not offer refunds for the payment for that subscription period. Your subscription will not be automatically continued unless you pay for the next subscription period.

How do I install and use InspectSutra?

InspectSutra has two Applications. Web App is used by supervisor to configure and assign Inspection job to site Inspector , review and distribute the inspection report and acess Analytics. The Site Inspector's App works on iPad or Android based tablet. Both Apps are available through the PowerApps platform. Contact your administrator for installation details.

Log in to the Reviewer app, go to the Inspection Configuration tab on the dashboard, then click “Add Logo” in the company info section. Add your company name and logo image by clicking the Image button.

How to add new products/Inspection Checklist?.

In the Inspection Configuration screen, click the "Inspection Checklist" tab. Enter the product name, checklist name, and description to create a new checklist. Afterward, add sections, checkpoint, checkpoint items and set visibility parameter to true in case it for field inspectors. You can also add checkpoint item with required images for specific items.

How to add a new inspection site?

In the Inspection Configuration screen, click the “Site Details” tab. Fill in the required details: Site Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Contact Name, and Contact Number to create the site.

How to customize an inspection checklist?

You can either edit an existing checklist or create a new one to customize it.

How to create an inspection set for multiple products at the same site?

- Click the "Inspection Set" tab, select the site, enter the Inspection Set ID, product location, and product details. Click "+" to add products or units, then click "Add" to create the set. To assign an inspection, go to the "Assign Inspection" tab, enter the required details, and click "Assign."

How to send review comments to site inspectors?.

- Under the "In Progress" tab on the Dashboard, open an inspection and click “View Assessment.” Click the comment button next to sections, checkpoints, or items to send comments to the site inspector.

How to distribute inspection reports to stakeholders?.

After completing an inspection, go to the "Completed" tab, open the inspection, click the “Distribute Report” button, and select the stakeholders to email the report.

How to see action items for inspection findings?

Under the "In Progress" tab, open an inspection and click the "Action Tracker" button to view a list of actions, which will be sent to reviewers via email.

How to view inspection analytics?.

Click the "Analytics" tab on the Dashboard, then access site and product analytics. If data is available, click the graph icon and sign in to view detailed BI reports by Inspection Name and Assessment Type.
